For a professional services firm, we built an AI assistant to centralize company knowledge, from policies to benefits to onboarding materials. Built for a product demo, this platform generates personalized, bilingual stories for kids, complete with narrated read-alongs and custom illustrations, running on AWS Bedrock, DynamoDB, and S3 with content safety guardrails built in from the first line of code. It’s proof we can take a multimodal AI concept from idea to a working, safe product in a matter of weeks.

PRODUCT & INFRASTRUCTURE INTEGRATION

For an AI-powered coaching platform, our team engineered the infrastructure behind the experience: a real-time voice gateway, integrated speech-to-text and text-to-speech services, the data pipelines feeding retrieval-augmented generation, and the CI/CD pipelines keeping it all running. The result feels like a natural conversation, backed by infrastructure most users never notice.

RELATIONSHIP INTELLIGENCE ASSISTANT

For a financial advisory firm, we built an AI assistant that helps advisors manage client relationships: preparing for meetings, drafting communications in the advisor’s own voice, tracking milestones, and flagging life events like retirements or inheritances. It’s deliberately built with limits. It doesn’t give financial advice or investment recommendations. It supports the relationship; the advisor still owns the judgment.

FAQs

Does this only apply to educational technology?

No. We work across industries. We have more depth and more purpose-built agents for educational organizations, but the same approach (data maturity audits, secure architecture, human oversight) works for any organization with a real operational bottleneck, regardless of industry.

How long does a typical AI project take?

It depends on what you're building. An MVP or multi-agent prototype, meant to validate a hypothesis before you invest seriously, usually runs in 4 to 6-week cycles. A full development project (production architecture, integration with your existing systems, deployment at scale) may take several months depending on the scope of work. This ensures the product is ready to scale. The short phase exists to confirm the long phase is worth the investment.

What happens to our data?

Your data stays yours. We audit its maturity and security before any model touches it, and client data or credentials never go into a public model. That rule has no exceptions.

Does our data need to be clean before we start?

Not necessarily. Our AI Readiness & Strategy service exists for exactly that: we evaluate where your data stands today and build a roadmap to get it ready for a model, instead of assuming it already is.

Do you build your own models or use existing tools?

Both, depending on the problem. Sometimes the right move is fine-tuning a model for your specific domain, and sometimes it's orchestrating existing tools like Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT into a workflow that fits how your team already works.

Will AI replace our team?

No. Every project is built around a person reviewing and approving outputs, not a system running unsupervised. AI takes on the repetitive work so your team can focus on the decisions only a person can make.

What security standards do you follow?

We build to OWASP's LLM and Agentic Application guidelines, with security reviews built into the process, not bolted on at the end.

How do you keep AI from hallucinating or giving wrong answers?

We solve this at the architecture level, not just by reviewing the output at the end. We use RAG to ground every answer in your actual sources, with traceability back to the original document instead of free-form generation. Before we build anything, we run a data maturity audit to confirm the model has enough reliable information to work from. And every workflow keeps human validation checkpoints at the critical decisions, designed into the system from the start, not added as a final review afterward.
