The Challenge

As Koru’s recruitment platform grew in popularity, they needed a more robust technical infrastructure that could handle their expanding operations. The challenge was to scale the platform, automate operations, and refine their predictive analytics to ensure the platform’s continued success. Additionally, Koru wanted to enhance their online training capabilities, streamline their customer management system, and develop tools to improve job matching accuracy.
