The Challenge
Our client provides school math, science, and literacy curricula used across the country. Their team has deep experience in education from the classroom to administrative offices.
Launching in 2007, they have grown to serve millions of students each year.
Thorough discovery at the start of a relationship can prevent problems later on.
The main challenge on large projects is usually coordination of efforts and responsibility. While these issues have arisen, the global pandemic has complicated everything even more.
The Solution
Creating a system for digital delivery of the client’s products before Covid-19. Once the pandemic set in, it was even more challenging. Schools and districts across the country needed distance learning technology, fast.
To meet the demand, our client decided to move up delivery schedules by almost a full calendar year. As the technical lead on the project, our task was threefold:
